SyncBeacon was founded by a team of engineers and ad-tech specialists in Germany to solve a growing crisis in the e-commerce industry: the “Data Gap.” As browser privacy restrictions and ad blockers began stripping away over 30% of marketing data, we realised that standard Google Tag Manager setups were no longer enough. We built SyncBeacon to provide a GTM-free, server-side relay that restores data integrity for e-commerce stores — Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and BigCommerce — while keeping every byte of raw data on secure, GDPR-compliant European servers.

SyncBeacon captures every conversion at the server level and delivers it directly to each ad platform’s API, giving their algorithms the full picture they need.
Operating as a German GbR, we prioritise technical transparency and data sovereignty above all else. SyncBeacon processes and stores your raw conversion data exclusively on EU servers. Only hashed, pseudonymised identifiers are forwarded onward to ad platforms such as Meta, Google, Microsoft Ads, X Ads, Snapchat, and Pinterest — ensuring that no reversible personal information ever reaches third parties.
