Higher tier wins when either gate is met. Commission accrues on eligible paid subscriptions while the merchant stays live. Shopify App Store billing is excluded. Approved partners sign in at app.syncbeacon.cloud/login.

Partner terms (summary)

Referral commission only — you do not resell SyncBeacon or invoice merchants on our behalf.
Commission is a percentage of net Mollie charges (ex-VAT) after your referral link is active; Pilot and unpaid periods do not accrue.
Shopify App Store billing is not commissionable.
Tiers recalculate monthly from prior-month referred invoice volume (count or MRR). You can also auto-upgrade mid-cycle when your live referred portfolio crosses a higher gate; monthly close can move you down if volume falls.
Claims require merchant confirmation within 7 days and are only allowed within 30 days of merchant signup.
Refunds may claw back commission within 60 days. Payouts from €50 accrued unpaid balance.
