What is Enterprise?

Enterprise is SyncBeacon’s portfolio product for agencies that operate SyncBeacon for client shops. You get merchant seats, a merchant switcher, and event/SKU capacity that scales with Portfolio 5, Portfolio 20, Portfolio 50, or a Custom quote.

How do Portfolio 5, 20, and 50 differ?

Portfolio 5 (€299/mo) covers up to 5 merchants with 5M events and 10k SKUs. Portfolio 20 (€799) scales to 20 merchants, 20M events, and 40k SKUs. Portfolio 50 (€1,499) covers 50 merchants, 50M events, and 100k SKUs. All include every ad platform, Attribution, and OOS ad pause.

What is Custom Portfolio?

Custom is for portfolios that need a different merchant count or volume mix than the fixed tiers. Request a quote from Pricing (Custom) or Billing — sales/admin set bespoke seats and limits.

How is Enterprise different from the Partner Program?

Enterprise is a paid subscription so you run SyncBeacon for client portfolios. The Partner Program is commission-only: you refer merchants who run their own accounts and earn 20–30% while they stay live. Many agencies use one or the other; some use both for different clients.

Can I add more merchants later?

Yes. Portfolio 5 and Portfolio 20 can buy merchant packs and event/SKU top-ups in Billing, or you can move to a higher fixed tier or Custom.
