SyncBeacon is an EU-hosted conversion relay plus inventory-aware ad automation: consent-aware server-side delivery, multi-layer retries (up to 24 attempts), and automatic ad pause on Growth and Enterprise when products or variants go out of stock. You are paying to recover conversions and stop wasted spend — not only to forward cheaper events. Compare on delivery health during the 14-day trial.
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes apply immediately. You pay on upgrade or receive a credit note on downgrade for the remaining days in your current billing period.
Events are tracking events processed by SyncBeacon, such as purchases, add-to-carts, checkouts and page views. Sending the same event to multiple connected platforms counts as one SyncBeacon event.
You can expand capacity from Billing after signup, or upgrade to a higher plan. Enterprise volumes above 5 000 000 events/month or 10 000 SKUs are available on request.
Yes. Agency mode includes 5 merchants. If you manage additional client accounts, you can add more merchant capacity as your agency grows.
Each unique sellable product variant counts as one SKU. A product with no variants counts as one SKU.
All prices shown are net (excluding VAT). VAT is added at checkout where applicable, based on your country of residence.
