Pricing questions

Is there a free trial?

No. Instead, German consumer law (§ 355 BGB) gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal after purchase. You can cancel within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked.

What happens after the first 6 months?

Your plan moves to the regular price automatically: €69 (Essentials), €149 (Growth), or €299 (Enterprise) per month. We show both prices upfront so there are no surprises.

How does the beta lifetime discount work?

Join the closed beta, test SyncBeacon, and share your feedback. After the beta phase ends, you permanently lock in the discounted price (€49 / €109 / €239) for as long as your subscription stays active. Cancel and re-subscribe later and the regular price applies.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes apply immediately. You pay on upgrade or receive a credit note on downgrade for the remaining days in your current billing period.

What counts as an "event"?

Any conversion event forwarded to an ad platform: purchases, add-to-carts, checkouts, page views. Each counts as one event.

What if I exceed my event limit?

You can purchase add-on packs for extra events, products, connections, or retention. No forced plan upgrade required.

Does the price include VAT?

All prices shown are net (excluding VAT). VAT is added at checkout where applicable, based on your country of residence.

Are there annual discounts?

Yes. Choose annual billing at checkout to pay for 10 months and get 12. That is two months free. Annual plans are charged upfront and cancel at the end of the yearly period.
